| Where are you originally from? |
I from Texas, born there, raised there but lived many other places. My current
home is in NE Texas about 75 miles east of Dallas in a very small town of Ben
Wheeler (population 300). Before I accepted this assignment, I was commuting
to Dallas each day, way too much driving. My youngest daughter is still there,
taking care of the house and the property (30 acres). She is 22 and attending
college working on a degree in Architecture :) |

Do I want to stay in Doha, um NO lol Let me answer that I am here for the
money, certainly not the ambiance. |

| What is your occupation? |
I am an electrical engineer......see comments above for who I work for and what
I am currently working on. |

| What have you done so far? |
OH WOW, done a quite a few things. To begin, I did not have the money to
attend college, so I joined the Navy at 18. I served 5 years, basic training in
San Diego, California, first school in Pensacola, Florida and then sent to the
National Security Agency between Washington, D.C. and Baltimore, Maryland.
While I was there I worked for the Assistant Commander Naval Security Group 9 -
ACNSG-9 From there I was sent to various ships and stations. Did a
Mediteranean Cruise and visited Spain, Italy, Greece, Turkey, and France. Also
did a North Atlantic trip and visited Britain and Scotland. I was then sent to
Pensacola for additional training and again to San Diego. Last trip was to
Bremerton, Washington. Seperated from the Navy and returned to Beaumont, Texas
and attended University. Graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering -
BSEE. Worked for a small consulting firm there while in University and for a
time after graduation. Moved from Beaumont to Melbourne, Florida to again work
for a consulting firm for a few years. Then on to Spartanburg, South Carolina
again for another larger consulting firm. During this time I was in the Navy
Reserves and was activated to serve in Operation Desert Shield/Storm. I
survived - YEAH :) After my return, I went off into business on my own in
Durham, North Carolina for 10 years. Closed my business down and moved back to
Texas and accepted a position as electrical department head for a consulting
firm in Dallas. Since that time I have worked for another firm and now for HOK
which leads me here to Doha. |

Pay off some bills so that I can relax a bit :) |

OH WOW, that is tough isn't it, but not really. For me, someone who can
appreciate me, confident in themselves, loves giving and receiving affection, a
sharp thinker, creative, happy :) |
